Robot Is Not Laying Flat On The Pool Floor
The most likely culprit for this is that the polyvinyl alcohol or PVA brushes of your robot are not absorbing water. This issue is pretty common and you won’t have trouble fixing it.
Just let your pool cleaner sit in your swimming pool until the brushes softened, which typically takes around 30 minutes. Your robot will start to lay flat on your pool floor once its PVA brushes are soft.
Not Climbing Pool Walls
Often, you can resolve this issue by making sure that your pool water is not too cool. Your robot cleaner will function properly if the water temperature is around 60F or more.
Moreover, the water may also flow into its handle, causing your device to lift its brushes from the pool wall. This will result in the suction breaking and your robot falling into the bottom of the pool.
